PAYMENT
I accept payment by PAYPAL as this is the safest and easiest option for both my customers and myself. By using PAYPAL there is no need to provide me with your card details making it a very secure method of payment.
I will accept payment by cheque; payable to H.LEVER; but please be advised that delivery will be delayed until the cheque has cleared. If you wish to purchase an item and pay by cheque please contact me accordingly.

DELIVERY
I aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of confirmation of purchase but if this is not possible you will be advised by email. Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For urgent delivery please contact me to discuss prior to placing your order.

Postage and packing for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland deliveries is included in the price quoted.

Overseas customers should contact me for delivery quotes.

I want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition but in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged please e-mail me as soon as possible.

I am sure that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are unhappy, for any reason, please let me know by email and return within 14 days of receipt.
The full price paid for the picture will be refunded to Mainland UK customers. For all other customers only the cost of the picture will be refunded. The purchaser must pay for the return delivery and packaging. In the case of an unwanted picture a refund will only be issued upon receipt of the item in perfect condition.
